Return, Exchange, Refund & Delivery Policy
1. Retail Products – 7 Days Policy
• We do not issue refunds on retail products.
• Exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be:
• Unused
• In original condition and packaging
• Courier charges for both sides (return & resend) will be paid by the
customer.
• If a customer faces any issue:
• We will provide a solution, compensation, replacement, or voucher,
depending on the case.
• If replacement is requested by the customer’s own choice, all charges
will be borne by the customer.
• If the issue is from our side, replacement will be arranged by us.
2. Contact Lenses / Eye Products – 7 to 15 Days Policy
• Strict no-refund policy on contact lenses and eye products.
• Replacement is applicable only if the issue is from our side.
• Replacement request must be made within 7–15 days of delivery.
• Replacement responsibility:
• If the issue is from our side:
• We will arrange the replacement
• If the replacement is requested by the customer’s own choice:
• Customer will arrange the return courier
• Customer will bear courier charges for both routes
• Replacement process (in approved cases):
• Returned parcel will be checked carefully upon receipt
• Replacement will be dispatched only after verification
• If a customer faces any issue with eye products:
• Compensation or replacement will be provided in the same shade or
same product only
• If the issue is not from our side, replacement may be declined.
3. Replacement Verification
• Replacement, compensation, or voucher is not guaranteed without inspection.
• Team will verify.
• Whether the issue is from our side or the customer's side
• Product condition after return
• Final resolution will be decided after verification only.
